Refund Policy

These terms govern your use of the MyListing Club (“Club Website”, “Club”, “Resources”, “Products”, “Services” ), Website (“Club Website”), operated by the MyListing Club (“Club”), MyListing Club Services (“Services”), MyListing Club Products (“Products”), MyListing Club Resources (“Resources”), and any other offerings that may be provided by the Club.

If you do not understand and/or agree to these terms, please do not be a customer.

You are responsible for being educated about what it is you are buying.

The Club does not offer refunds for the reasons outlined below.

  • I’m extremely responsive and willing to answer pre-sales questions, often in real-time.
  • Club Products are publicly available, allowing you to examine them before buying.
  • Club Products are digital, so once they’re in customers’ hands, they cannot be “returned.”


The Club’s refund policy is written to be clear and simple. As such, the Club does not tolerate chargebacks.

If you attempt to avoid payment using a chargeback, a claim will be submitted to collections.

Don’t be a jerk. I have a good memory. 😉
