Check Customer’s Listing Stats as a MyListing Website Admin

As the administrator of your MyListing website, have you ever wanted to see the stats of your customers’ Listings? If so, this guide is for you.

Option 1 – Backend

1. WordPress Dashboard > Listings
2. Locate the desired Listing and hover over its name.
3. Take note of the Post ID (post=xx) displayed in the bottom left of the WordPress Dashboard.
4. In another browser tab, browse to the address below, replacing the ‘1234’ with the Listing’s Post ID number.

Option 2 – Frontend

1. Log in to your website as an admin.
2. From the front end of your website, browse to https://domain.com/my-account/my-listings/
3. Stats Type > Sitewide
4. Search Your Listings > Enter the name of the Listing.
5. Click the ‘Stats’ icon on the Listing’s card.
