MyListing Starter Site Kits

If you notice an issue with any Starter  Site you’ve purchased and you can show me the issue also exists on my Starter Sites, I will try my absolute best to fix the issue for free.

Elementor Content

Starter Site Kits include all the pages (as well as their content) that have been edited with Elementor when building a particular Starter Site, which is pretty much every page you see when browsing a Starter Site.

This saves you a ton of time by not having to create the pages from scratch and then going through the page template import process to bring in the content.

Elementor Templates

Starter Site Kits include all the templates (as well as their display conditions) created with Elementor when building a particular Starter Site, such as headers, footers, single posts, etc.

These templates complement the Elementor Content portion of the Starter Site Kits, as the pages will be in place and ready for your display conditions to do their thing.

This saves you time by not having to hunt for individual templates, download them, and figure out the display conditions.

Elementor Settings

Starter Site Kits include all the settings within Elementor when building a particular Starter Site, such as Global Site Settings, Global Colors, Lightbox Settings, and more.

This saves you design time and ensures you are using settings I’ve tested with MyListing websites.

I wrote the How to Build a MyListing Club Starter Site Replica guide to answer this question.

1. Do a full backup of your website.
2. Starter Site Kits will bring in almost every page you see on a particular Starter Site. To prevent duplicate pages, I recommend removing similar pages from your website and clearing them from your trash to free up their slugs (i.e., unique URL).
3. Ensure the following plugins are installed and activated before importing a kit.
   • Elementor Pro
   • Crocoblocks JetTabs (Charlotte and Vow Starter Sites only.)
4. Configure Elementor to allow for kit importing by going to Elementor > Settings > Experiments > Import Export Template Kit, selecting ‘Active’, and saving your changes.

After purchasing your Starter Site Kit, it will be immediately available for you to download. You will then import your kit by going to Elementor > Tools > Import / Export Kit > Import a Template Kit and clicking ‘Start Import’. 

The Starter Site Kit should import successfully within a short amount of time.

You should be able to download and import the Starter Site Kit in less than 5 minutes.

Where you go from here is totally up to you, with the option to do as little or as much as you would like, in order to make your MyListing website your own in terms of branding, content, etc.

I see Starter Site Kits being purchased over Full Starter Sites when some or all of the following factors are at play.

• You are far enough in your MyListing website build process that it makes sense to push forward with what’s already built and just add to it.
• You are looking to take a DIY (Do It Yourself) approach to try replicating a Starter Site by coupling a kit and an Ultimate Membership.
• You want to get to market fast but aren’t so much under the gun to where a full-blown Starter Site is warranted.

I see Full Starter Sites being purchased over Starter Site Kits when some or all of the following factors are at play.

• You are at a point in your website build process where it still makes sense to start new or start over with a fully-built MyListing website.
• You want to take less of a DIY (Do It Yourself) approach and prefer the DFY (Done For You) route.
• You are looking to get to market as quickly as possible.

Yes. While Starter Site Kits solve a large part of the puzzle, an Ultimate Membership is needed to fully replicate a Starter Site.

No problem! Elementor provides a ‘Remove Kit’ feature to make things super simple.

This feature allows you to remove the latest kit you installed on your website and the global styles that came with it without restoring your entire website to a previous version.

The new ‘Remove Kit’ button will appear on the Import/Export tab (located in the WordPress dashboard under Elementor Settings → Tools).  Clicking this button will restore your website to its previous state before applying the kit.

While any new content you create on a new page or post will remain, it will adopt the global styles your website had before downloading the kit.

No problem! I’m happy to give you redit towards the price of a full Starter Site if you decide to go that route.

Note: The Starter Site must be the same one with which the Starter Site Kit is associated.

Credit Towards a Full Starter Site

I’m happy to apply a credit towards the price of a full Starter Site if you decide to go that route, but please note that the full Starter Site must be the same one that the Starter Site Kit is associated with.

The Club does not offer refunds for the reasons outlined below.

• I’m extremely responsive and willing to help you make informed pre-sales decisions via the Club Website’s chat feature, often in real time.
• Club Products are publicly available, allowing you to thoroughly test them before purchase.
• Club Products are digital, and once they are in the hands of Club customers, they cannot be “returned” to me.
