Switching between screens to build Listing Taxonomies, Listing Packages, Listing Fields, and Listing Types can be quite time-consuming. There’s a better way!
Whether you’re building MyListing websites for yourself or clients, MyListing Worksheets are the fastest way to collect and input data.
How It Works
Airtable
- Sign up for a free Airtable account.
- Name your workspace in a way that allows me to easily identify it (e.g., Ryan’s MyListing Worksheets).
- Create a new base (for a total of 4) for each of the worksheets mentioned in Step 2.
Import
Starting with Worksheet 1 below, click the ‘Copy Base’ link at the bottom of the worksheet to copy it, and paste the worksheet into the corresponding Airtable base you created in Step 1.
Note: The worksheets will only be visible to those with an active Club Membership.

Being as thorough as possible, complete all of the worksheets in the exact order they are presented in Step #2.
