How Fast Can We Build My Website?

If you do your part, the project will progress quickly, and we’ll easily finish before the payoff period ends.

It won’t be me that slows down your project.

Can I Use My Own Web Hosting?

Award-winning hosting is included, providing enterprise-level performance and support at no extra cost. I know this hosting solution inside and out, allowing me to deliver lightning-fast and highly secure websites.

After the payoff period (3 months), you’re welcome to migrate your website to your own hosting.

Will I Get a Starter Site or a Custom Build?

You can choose from any of my professionally built MyListing Starter Sites, and I will work with you to customize it with your branding, settings, features, etc.

What if I Need Additional Pages?

While Starter Sites will have you well on your way (if not all the way) to where you need to be regarding core page content, you can have additional pages, which may not cost you anything.

If I can clone one of your existing pages and use that same design/functionality for the additional page, there would be no extra charge.

However, if you need an additional page with an entirely new design and extra functionality, you get a significant discount on my MyListing Website Support service.

Do You Provide Copywriting Services?

I’m happy to place content on your website, as directed, but you’re responsible for all content on your website.

Do You Supply Images?

Starter Sites include images, and you can easily pull in free, high-quality images without leaving your website using the included Instant Images plugin.

If you already have images you would like to use, I’m happy to place them on your website, as directed, as part of your ‘Unlimited Small Tasks.’

Will I Own and Have Full Admin Access to Everything?

Is There a Pay-Off Period?

The payoff period is three months, after which you can downgrade to MyListing Website Care or cancel entirely.

Can I Switch to a Website Care Plan After the Pay-off Period?

Yes, you can switch to MyListing Website Care.

Log into your account.
Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
Click ‘Switch Plan.’

Can I Switch to Hosting Only After the Pay-off Period?

Yes, you can switch to our Kinsta Hosting plan.

Log into your account.
Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
Click ‘Switch Plan.’

What Happens if I Cancel Entirely?

If you don’t wish to keep your website, you can cancel your Managed MyListing subscription, and I will delete it.

If you want to keep your site, we can keep it on our Kinsta Hosting plan or move it to your host.

IMPORTANT: If you’re migrating to your hosting, do that BEFORE you cancel to avoid having your website deleted.

What Happens To The Premium Solutions If I Cancel?

Nothing will stop working, and you will keep the premium solutions.

However, if you’re no longer my client, you’ll need to purchase licensing to continue receiving updates and support from the vendor. You can use the Club’s Exclusive Deals to purchase licenses from the vendor to avoid paying full prices.

Do You Offer Custom Development?

You’ll gain exclusive access to our Custom Development service.

Do You Help With Importing Data?

You’ll gain exclusive access to our Export/Import service.

If you want to try exporting/importing your data on your own, I’ll provide you with the plugins needed for no extra cost.

Do You Help With Policies (Privacy, Terms & Conditions, etc.)?

If you already have policies, I’ll help you add them to your website.

If you don’t already have policies, you need them, and I recommend the peace of mind that Termageddon gives.

With Managed MyListing, you get a Termageddon discount, and I help embed the policies on your website.
