Can We Use Our Own Web Hosting?
No. Award-winning hosting is included, providing enterprise-level performance and support at no extra cost.
Since I’ve been working with our hosting provider (Kinsta) since 2019, I have a deep understanding of their services, which enables me to deliver websites that are lightning-fast and highly secure.
Will We Have Full Admin Access to Everything?
Yes. You’re hiring me to help you with your website, not lock you out of it.
Can We Switch to Hosting Only?
Yes. You can switch over to MyListing Website Hosting.

What Happens if We Cancel Website Care?
It depends. You have options.
- If you want to stay with the Club, you can switch to MyListing Website Hosting

Can I Get Support Directly From the Vendor for the Included Premium Solutions?
No. MyListing Club owns the licensing, so you would need your own account to obtain support directly from the vendor.
If you’re a Managed MyListing or MyListing Website Care client, I work with the vendor on your behalf so you don’t need to make any additional purchases.
If you need direct support from vendors, use the Club Partner Deals to purchase discounted licenses from the vendor.
What Happens to the Premium Solutions if We Cancel?
Nothing will stop working, and you will keep the premium solutions. You have options going forward.
- If you want to stay with the Club, you can switch to MyListing Website Hosting and maintain access to your premium solution licensing
- If you don’t want to stay with the Club, you’ll need to purchase discounted licensing to continue receiving updates and support from the vendor.
Does the Small Task Allowance Roll Over Each Month?
No. However, there has never been an instance where clients needed more than their plan allowed.
